All prices include 7% VAT.

The prices include towels, bedclothes, Wi-Fi and all additional charges such as heating, electricity and water. We charge 50 € for the final cleaning.

Bookings only possible from 2 nights onwards.

If you have individual booking requests, like for a longer period, please contact us.

Prices during trade fairs can deviate from the stated prices.

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel within the 14 days, you pay the total price.

A deposit of 50 € is required for your booking. Please pay the remaining amount no later than 2 weeks before your arrival. If the period of time before you move in is less than two weeks, the total amount falls due for payment. You will only receive a bill when the total amount has been received.

Please note that pets are not allowed in our apartments. Moreover, bachelor or bachelorette parties or similar parties are forbidden.
